We really hope that you love your new ALLI pieces as much as we do, but if you need to make a return, here's what you need to know. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and post your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There must be no signs of wear (no body or perfume odour, make up marks etc). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ALLI checks returned items thoroughly to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policy, and so we reserve the right to refuse any returns. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@alli-atelier.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please return your item(s) using a recorded delivery service for your own insurance, ensuring postage is pre-paid. Any international shipping fees associated with returns are the sole responsibility of he customer. We cannot accept returns that are not delivered via a pre-paid postage method. Please ensure that you have marked your package as a return when sending it back to us to avoid being charged customs for your return, in the case that you're an international customer. If your order included any qualifying promotional items, such as a free scrunchie or gift bag, these will need to be returned too, otherwise their cost will be deducted from your total refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. It generally takes 3-5 working days, however, this may vary depending on your bank. Please allow up to 14 working days.
